Join Our Team as an Office Assistant!

Trinity Lutheran Church of Minnehaha Falls is excited to welcome a new Office Assistant! This role is all about supporting our church community with a variety of fun and meaningful tasks. You’ll answer phones, greet visitors, and assist in keeping our church calendars organized. Additionally, you’ll coordinate our amazing volunteers and help with key financial and HR tasks.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep our front desk running smoothly and make everyone feel welcome!

• Organize volunteer schedules and help with church events.

• Manage financial records and assist with payroll.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude!

• Previous administrative experience is a plus.

This part-time position is about 28 hours per week. We can’t wait to meet you!
